Kari Harsel Gray is a mission-driven leader with deep expertise in digital equity, innovative program management, and community engagement. She currently serves as Operations Manager at the Front Porch Center for Innovation and Wellbeing, where she provides and supports strategic and operational leadership for innovations which transform the lives of Front Porch communities and partners. This work in market rate retirement and affordable housing communities includes identifying and piloting emerging technologies and scaling them to enhance resident wellbeing, organizational efficiency, and long-term sustainability.
Kari’s policy and advocacy work includes serving as a Legislative Advocate for the California State PTA and as a member of the California Broadband Coalition. Her long history of deep community involvement also includes service on boards and advisory councils such as the Bay Area Digital Inclusion Working Group for Older Adults, Osher Lifelong Learning Institute San Francisco, the San Francisco Tech Council, Soroptimist International of San Francisco, and as an advisor to the Second District of the CA PTA.
